Return & Refund Policy

At Bill Burden Photography, each fine art print is made to order with exceptional care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature and high value of our work, all sales are final.

Damages and Issues

We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@billburdenphotography.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or defect (including packaging)

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost to you. Returns are not required for damaged or defective items unless specifically requested.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our fine art prints, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or minor color variations (which may occur due to screen vs. print differences).
Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or special order items

  • Items sent back without prior approval

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll provide a replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under the EU’s consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. Please contact hello@billburdenphotography.com to begin the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of damage, defect, or EU regulation compliance. If a return or refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
